PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Pre-registration ends September 12, 2024. Thereafter, attendees will register onsite at the WMA registration desk located at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center – Hall 4B.
NON-MEMBER COMPLIMENTARY EXHIBIT HALL PASS
Non-Member Wholesale Distributors, who qualify and are first-time attendees for the WMA Millwork Convention & Tradeshow will be extended a free exhibit hall only pass. To qualify, fill out the Contact Form. For more information, contact WMA at 727-372-3665.
REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ADMITTANCE INTO THE EXHIBIT HALL
A WMA convention badge is required for admission to the exhibit hall. All exhibitors must register for the WMA Millwork Convention & Tradeshow. Attendees must always wear their badge.
Exhibiting company personnel working in the exhibit booth during show hours should be a direct employee of the exhibiting company and must register and obtain a badge. An exhibitor set up pass is only valid during the scheduled hours for exhibit setup and booth dismantling.
A member manufacturer company who owns multiple company locations, whereby these additional locations are not a WMA association member, must register as a non-member attendee until which time these additional company locations have obtained their own association membership.
Manufacturer Representatives must qualify and register under their own company name even if they work in a manufacturer's booth. An exhibiting company is not permitted to register a non-employee or a Manufacturer Representative under their company name.
WMA PROGRAM AND NETWORKING EVENTS
To attend any of the WMA program and networking events outside of the exhibit hall, a full badge registration is required.
BADGE SWITCHING
Badge swapping, invalid company affiliations, loaning or altering a registration badge is strictly prohibited. The result could be expulsion from the event and any fees incurred as a result of expulsion are at the attendees and/or company’s sole expense.
REGISTERING IN AN INCORRECT CATEGORY, CHANGE FEE
WMA recommends attendees confirm their membership status and category prior to registering. Should an attendee register in an incorrect registration category WMA reserves the right to adjust any attendee’s registration category and the attendee will incur the correct registration fee plus a processing change fee of either $20 or 5%, whichever is greater. Once an attendee has processed their registration for the WMA Millwork Convention & Tradeshow, the attendee agrees not to dispute any credit card charges or fees.
REGISTRATION NAME SUBSTITUTION
WMA accepts registration name substitutions from the same company. A name change must be made in writing and submitted to WMA before September 12, 2024. Name substitutions should be emailed to: asmith@worldmillworkalliance.com. After September 12, 2024, all name changes must be made onsite at the WMA Registration Desk. Registration name substitution fee is $50.00, plus processing fees.
LOST BADGE AND REPLACEMENT
A lost badge should be reported to the WMA Registration Desk. A valid driver’s license or WMA accepted photo I.D. is required to replace a lost badge. Lost badge replacement fee is $60.00 plus processing fee.
PROCESSING FEES
All processing fees are non-refundable.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no registration refunds; sorry no exceptions. However, a substitution may be made from the same company for a fee.
PRIVATE MEETINGS AND EVENTS POLICY
WMA encourages all attendees to show their support to WMA exhibitors. As an exhibitor or an event attendee you agree to abide by the WMA convention policy NOT to conduct or attend any business meetings or company events outside of the exhibit hall show hall hours; or any major program event as referenced in the WMA program schedule. The convention program schedule is formatted to allow time to conduct private company meetings and events before and after the exhibit hall hours or before or after the WMA event. Exhibitors should reference the WMA and Show Exhibit Rules & Regulations posted to the WMA website. Contact WMA with any questions.
SUITCASING POLICY
Any association member or non-member attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the exhibit aisles, in another company’s booth, or is determined to be in violation of any portion of the exhibit and show rules and regulations referenced on the WMA website, will be asked to leave the exhibit hall, and potentially banned from other WMA program events. WMA recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite. Decisions are final by WMA.
SPOUSES and GUESTS
A spouse or guest who is planning to attend any WMA program or function including an optional event are required to register as a show attendee and must wear a registration badge to all WMA program events including admittance into the exhibit hall. No exceptions. Children under 12 years of age will NOT be admitted to WMA events or the exhibit hall.
OPTIONAL EVENTS OR TOURS
There are no refunds on the purchase of an optional program event or site tour; however, substitutions (from the same company) are permissible. WMA must be notified of any substitutions by email for this change to take effect. Any event ticket, coupon or badge that does not reflect the original registrant for the event will have the option to attend the event at the member or non-member event rate or no admittance.
