WMA DISCOUNTED ROOM RATES
WMA's host hotel, the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, will offer WMA attendees a discounted hotel group rate. To ensure your room reservations receive the discounted WMA group rate, the hotel has provided a direct link below to reserve your room night reservations. Once your hotel reservations have been made, the hotel will email you a hotel reservation confirmation number.

The San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter has limited availability on hotel room nights in the WMA room block. Attendees may find room night availability by either contacting the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter directly at 210-223-1000, or by using the link HERE to check room night availability.
HOTEL GUARANTEED RESERVATION POLICY
Guaranteed Reservation Policy - All individual reservations must be accompanied by a first night
room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card by the individual. Any reservation cancelled within (72) hours of the arrival dates, will be charged for one (1) night’s room and tax.
HOTEL ROOM BLOCK CUT-OFF
WMA recommends attendees secure their hotel room nights as early as possible before hotel room nights sell out. The cut-off date to secure your room nights is September 6, 2024. After September 6th, hotel reservations are based on the hotel’s availability and the group room rate is no longer guaranteed.
If making your hotel reservation by phone, to obtain the WMA hotel discounted group rate remember to mention the "World Millwork Alliance (WMA) Millwork Convention." The hotel reservations number is 1-877-622-3056.
