But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are certain mindsets and tools that can not only clear the obstacles along your path, but can also add rocket fuel to your success. After spending ten years researching and interviewing the most innovative leaders, bestselling author Alex Banayan's widely-acclaimed Third Door™ framework can help any organization achieve its goals and radically accelerate its overall growth. Banayan takes audiences on an unprecedented adventure, from hacking The Price is Right to chasing Larry King through a grocery store to the multi-year quest to learn from Bill Gates and Lady Gaga. Alongside these larger-than-life stories, Banayan takes the principles from his bestselling book The Third Door and pushes them to a whole new level, making them practical and applicable for organizations of all sizes.

"Piercing Through the Noise" presented by Alan Beaulieu, ITR Economics

Alan Beaulieu, Speaker and President, ITR Economics
There is an extraordinary amount of noise concerning the status of the economy today and what the future will look like. ITR Economics will present a dispassionate look at the trends that define the economy and inform us about the future through 2025, and we will discuss how it will impact attendees.

We will be looking into key industries to determine what phase of the business cycle they are in and what the future looks like for each. Some industries are faring better than others; it is important you know which industries/markets they are in order to potentially mitigate the impact of business cycle decline.

Our assessment of labor costs and labor availability through 2025 will be presented, as these will have a prolonged impact on how we do business and what capital expenditures can help ameliorate the pressures.

Inflation is currently waning. The rate of inflation will recede as the economy weakens, but it will not be gone. Global economic expansion later this decade will again push up prices of raw materials and then finished goods. Higher labor costs will once again contribute in a significant way to the upward pricing pressure. The discussion on inflation will flow into a discussion on interest rates through at least the near term.
  • Management objectives consistent with our forecasts for inflation and interest rates will provide actionable takeaways for attendees
  • Confidence that comes from accurate, proven, analytical approach to the economy
  • Clear direction regarding what will be used and what must be done in order to maximize revenue and profit growth

2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

“The Power of Focus: Leveraging the MOST Important KPIs to Improve Productivity and Profitability” presented by Ruth Kellick-Grubbs, Kellick & Associates

Re-focusing organizations on the most critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) can help drive customer value and profitability. In this session, we’ll review the critical KPIs, how to re-focus the team and drive better outcomes. Separating “need to do” from “nice to do” and adding some Continuous Improvement tools, attendees will leave with ideas to.....
