HOTEL CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy - All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card by the guest. Any reservation canceled within (48) hours of the arrival date, will be charged for one (1) night’s room and tax, this includes reservations where the guest does not cancel the room or show up for their reservation.

HOTEL NON-SMOKING POLICY
All rooms are non-smoking, there will be a $350.00 fee charged to guests who violate this policy for additional cleaning.
