Safety: Your health and safety during this event is our top priority. World Millwork Alliance is working closely with The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & Spa, Renaissance Mobile Riverview Plaza Hotel, and the Arthur R. Outlaw Mobile Convention Center to enact protocols to ensure a safe and enjoyable attendee experience.

WMA 56th Annual Convention & Tradeshow is moving forward with its in-person event. Attendees will wear masks as we have grown accustomed to the past 18 months. WMA will continue to work with its vendors to give attendees and exhibitors a sense of comfort.

 

WMA has health practices in-place, and your cooperation is essential in helping us move forward safely in providing an in-person event.  By attending the WMA Annual Convention & Tradeshow in Mobile, AL, you agree to abide by the safety provisions at the WMA Show that are beneficial to the health and safety of the event.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Pre-registration Member Discount Ends - July 30, 2021
Pre-registration Deadline - Pre-registration is available until September 10, 2021. After September 10, 2021 attendees will need to register onsite.
WMA Convention Program Guide - To ensure your name and company is included in the printed WMA Convention Program Guide, register no later than August 27, 2021.

NON-MEMBER COMPLIMENTARY EXHIBIT HALL PASS

Non-Member Wholesale Distributors, ProDealers, and Millwork & Building Materials Suppliers who qualify and are first-time attendees for the WMA Annual Convention & Tradeshow will be extended a free exhibit hall pass for Wednesday, October 6th. Local Builders, Architects, and Remodelers who qualify will also be extended a free exhibit hall pass for Wednesday, October 6th. To qualify fill out the Contact Form. REGISTRATION & EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

REGISTRATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no registration refunds; however, substitutions may be made from the same company.

REGISTRATION NAME SUBSTITUTION

WMA accepts registration name substitutions from the same company. A name change must be made in writing and submitted to WMA before September 10, 2021. Name substitutions should be emailed to: asmith@worldmillworkalliance.com. Registration name substitution fee is $45.00, plus a processing fee. After September 10, 2021, all name changes must be made onsite at the WMA Registration Desk.

INCORRECT REGISTRATION CATEGORY CHANGE FEE

Should an attendee register in an incorrect registration category WMA reserves the right to adjust any attendee’s registration category. Registration category adjustments will result in the correct registration fee and a processing fee of either a $20.00 or 4.5%, whichever is greater. WMA recommends attendees confirm their membership status and category prior to registering. Once an attendee processes their registration for the WMA Annual Convention & Tradeshow, the attendee agrees not to dispute any credit card charges or fees.

PROCESSING FEES

All processing fees are non-refundable. Additional processing fees may apply to changes to a registration and any optional event.

LOST BADGE AND REPLACEMENT

A lost badge should be reported to the WMA Registration Desk. A valid driver’s license or WMA accepted photo I.D. is required to replace a lost badge. Lost badge replacement is $50.00.

ADMITTANCE INTO THE EXHIBIT HALL AND WMA EVENTS

A convention badge is required for admission to the exhibit hall and all WMA functions. All exhibitors must register for the WMA Annual Convention & Tradeshow. Attendees must wear their badge at all times. 

Exhibiting company employees working the booth during exhibition hours should be direct employees of the exhibiting company and must register as an attendee to obtain a badge. Exhibitors set up passes are only valid for exhibit setup and dismantling during scheduled hours.

No exhibitor shall register a non-employee or a Manufacturer Representative under their company. Manufacturer Representatives must qualify and register under their own company name even if they work in a manufacturer's booth.

A member manufacturer company who owns multiple company locations; whereby these locations are not an association member, must register as non-member attendees until which time these additional company locations have obtained association membership for each company.

BADGE SWITCHING

Badge swapping, invalid company affiliations, loaning or trading a badge, and altering a registration badge is prohibited. Violations will result in forfeiture of all registration, event, and any exhibit fees; and there will be expulsion from the convention event.

PRIVATE MEETINGS AND EVENTS POLICY

WMA encourages all attendees to show their support to WMA exhibitors by NOT attending business meetings outside of the exhibit hall during show hall hours; as well as any major program event as referenced in the WMA program schedule. The convention program schedule allows time to conduct private company meetings and events before and after the exhibit hall hours. Therefore, it is WMA’s convention policy that private meetings and events NOT be scheduled by convention attendees during exhibit hall hours, the WMA Opening General Session, Welcome Reception, or any WMA primary convention program event. All exhibitors must abide by the WMA guidelines and Exhibit Rules & Regulations as also posted to the WMA website. Contact WMA with any questions.

SUITCASING POLICY

Any association member or non-member attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the exhibit aisles, in another company’s booth, or is determined to be in violation of any portion of the exhibit and show rules and regulations referenced on the WMA website, will be asked to leave the exhibit hall, and potentially banned from other program events. WMA recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite. Decisions are final by WMA.

SPOUSES and GUESTS

Spouses and guests planning to attend any WMA function or optional event are required to register and must wear a registration badge for all WMA program events and for admittance into the exhibit hall. No exceptions. Children under 12 years of age will NOT be admitted to WMA events or the exhibit hall.

OPTIONAL EVENTS OR TOURS

There are no refunds on the purchase of an optional program event or site tour; however, substitutions (from the same company) are permissible.WMA should be notified of any substitutions as soon as possible by email.
