8:00am – 12:30pm	Regional Directors Conference General Business Session. JW Grand 7-8 Dress: Business casual

9:15am – 12:45pm	Regional Directors Spouses Event and Lunch. D'Amore Motorcoaches depart from meeting room level one by the White River Ballroom. Dress: Business casual

11:30am – 6:00pm	Registration. Register for the National Convention, Fit For Life 5K Charity Run/Walk and reserve your seating for the National Sales Conference Gala Dinner. Griffin Exhibit Hall

12:30pm – 1:30pm	Regional Directors Lunch. JW Grand 9 Dress: Business casual

6:45pm – 10:00pm	Top Club Event at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Members of the 2013 President's Cabinet and Club, 2013 Managing Partner Inner Circle and Round Table, 2013 Regional Director Inner Circle and Round Table and Board of Directors. Spouses and approved family members age 21 and over invited. Motorcoaches depart from meeting room level one near White River Ballroom. Dress: Business casual

SUNDAY, JUNE 29, 2014

9:00am – 7:00pm	Registration. Register for the National Convention, Fit For Life 5K Charity Run/Walk and reserve your seating for the National Sales Conference Gala Dinner. Griffin Exhibit Hall

7:00pm – 8:30pm	President's Reception for trip qualifying Financial Representatives, Managing Partners, Regional Directors, Board of Directors, Home Office staff and spouses only. Spouses, approved family members and paid guests must be age 21 or over to attend. JW Grand Ballroom 5 Dress: Business Casual

MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2014

9:30am – 12:00pm	Opening Session of the National Convention JW Grand Ballroom 6-10 Dress: Business for Board of Directors, National Officers, Delegates, Regional Directors and Home Office staff involved in the Convention proceedings. Business casual for trip qualifiers and guests.

1:30pm – 5:00pm	National Convention Session JW Grand Ballroom 6-10 Dress: Business for Board of Directors, National Officers, Delegates, Regional Directors and Home Office staff involved in the Convention proceedings. Business casual for trip qualifiers and guests.

5:45pm – 9:00pm	National Convention Evening Event at the Indianapolis Zoo. Modern Woodmen name badges needed for entry into zoo. Walking transfer, please exit building from the hotel main entrance in the lobby. For attendees needing shuttle service, it will depart from meeting room level one near White River Ballroom. Dress: Casual

TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2014

7:30am – 9:00am	Fit For Life 5K Charity Walk/Run White River State Park Please depart for park through main entrance in lobby by 6:55am. Dress: Appropriate for race

10:00am – 12:30pm	National Convention Session JW Grand Ballroom 6-10 Dress: Business for Board of Directors, National Officers, Delegates, Regional Directors and Home Office staff involved in the Convention proceedings. Business casual for trip qualifiers and guests.

11:00am – 5:30pm	Shuttle Service to the Indianapolis Children's Museum and Indianapolis Museum of Art. Depart from meeting room level one near the White River Ballroom. Show name badge for access to motorcoach. Dress: Casual

WEDNESDAY, JULY 2, 2014

9:00am – 12:00pm	Final Session of the National Convention JW Grand Ballroom 6 - 10 Dress: Business for Board of Directors, National Officers, Delegates, Regional Directors and Home Office staff involved in the Convention proceedings. Business casual for trip qualifiers and guests

11:00am – 1:00pm	National Sales Conference Lunch for trip qualifying Financial Representatives, Managing Partners, Regional Directors, Board of Directors and Home Office staff. No spouses. Dressy Not Formal - Evening:

Men – evening suit and tie.
Women – suit or cocktail dress.

Business:

Men – suit coat and tie.
Women – suit, dress slacks or skirt with jacket.

Business Casual:

Men – dress slacks, button up shirt with a collar. Sport coat optional. No tie required.
Women – dress slacks or skirt, shirts and sweaters. Casual suit.

Casual:
