Spouses and approved family members expenses are taken care of by Modern Woodmen and they are invited to attend all functions unless restricted by being under age 21. Please see the Schedule tab for attendance information for meetings and events.

The charges listed below are for additional guests and children. Guests and children are welcome but you are responsible to cover their expenses. During on-line registration, you will be asked to indicate if your guests or children will attend any of these events, and if so, your credit card will be charged.

Charges to your credit card will be through Modern Woodmen. If you have questions about the charges or your guests or children's participation, please contact Connie Johnson, ext. 7321 or Mark Turner, ext. 5682.

Sunday, June 29, 2014 President's Reception Attendees and guests must be age 21.	$50.00
Monday, June 30, 2014 National Convention Evening at the Indianapolis Zoo. All guests and children welcome to attend at no charge as long as you register your guest in the on-line registration process. Registering all guests will create a name badge which is necessary for entry to the zoo.	Complimentary
Tuesday, July 1, 2014 5K Charity Walk/Run All attendees and guests may participate in the charity walk/run for a charitable donation. Please register all attendees so we may provide participant t-shirts.	Per Person $20.00 or Family of 3 or more $50.00
Tuesday, July 1, 2014 Complimentary Shuttle to the Children's Museum and Indianapolis Art Museum. Name badges must be shown.	Complimentary
