REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ADMITTANCE INTO THE EXHIBIT HALL

A WMA convention badge is required for admission to the exhibit hall and must be worn at all times during attendance.

Exhibiting company personnel working in the exhibit booth during show hours should be a direct employee of the exhibiting company and must be registered to obtain a badge. An exhibitor set up pass is only valid during the scheduled hours for exhibit setup and booth dismantling. If your booth is being set up prior to the WMA registration desk being open hall security will provide a daily wrist band for exhibitor setup.

A member manufacturer company who owns multiple company locations; that are not WMA association members, must register employees of these company locations as non-member attendees until these additional company locations have obtained membership.

Manufacturer Representatives must qualify and register under their own company name even if they work in a manufacturer's booth. A exhibiting company is not permitted to register a non-employee or a Manufacturer Representative under their company name.

REGISTERING IN AN INCORRECT CATEGORY, CHANGE FEE

WMA recommends attendees confirm their membership status and category prior to registering. Should an attendee register in an incorrect registration category WMA reserves the right to adjust any attendee’s registration category and the attendee will incur the correct registration fee plus a processing change fee of either $20 or 4.5%, whichever is greater. Once an attendee has processed their registration for the WMA Annual Convention & Tradeshow, the attendee agrees not to dispute any credit card charges or fees.

REGISTRATION NAME SUBSTITUTION

WMA accepts registration name substitutions from the same company. A name change must be made in writing and submitted to WMA before September 9, 2022. Name substitutions should be emailed to: asmith@worldmillworkalliance.com. After September 9, 2022, all name changes must be made onsite at the WMA Registration Desk. Registration name substitution fee is $50.00, plus processing fee.

PROCESSING FEES

All processing fees are non-refundable.

PRIVATE MEETINGS AND EVENTS POLICY

WMA encourages all attendees to show their support to WMA exhibitors by NOT attending business meetings outside of the exhibit hall during show hall hours; as well as any major program event as referenced in the WMA program schedule. The convention program schedule allows time to conduct private company meetings and events before and after the exhibit hall hours. Therefore, it is WMA’s convention policy that private meetings and events NOT be scheduled by convention attendees during exhibit hall hours, the WMA Opening General Session, Welcome Reception, or any WMA primary convention program event. All exhibitors must abide by WMA guidelines and Exhibit Rules & Regulations as posted on the WMA website. Contact WMA with any questions.

SUITCASING POLICY

Any association member or non-member attendee who is observed to be soliciting business in the exhibit aisles, in another company’s booth, or is determined to be in violation of any portion of the exhibit and show rules and regulations referenced on the WMA website, will be asked to leave the exhibit hall, and could be potentially banned from other program events. WMA recognizes that suitcasing may also take the form of commercial activity conducted from a hotel guest room or hospitality suite. All WMA decisions are final.

SPOUSES and GUESTS

A spouse or guest who is planning to attend any WMA program or function including an optional event are required to register as a show attendee and must wear a registration badge to all WMA program events including admittance into the exhibit hall. No exceptions. Children under 12 years of age are NOT permitted to WMA events or the exhibit hall.

OPTIONAL EVENTS OR TOURS

There are no refunds on the purchase of an optional program event or site tour; however, substitutions (from the same company) are permissible. WMA must be notified of any substitutions by email for this change to take effect. Any event ticket, coupon or badge that does not reflect the original registrant for the event will have the option to attend the event at the member or non-member event rate or no admittance.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

There are no registration refunds; no exceptions. However, a substitution may be made from the same company for a fee.
