We are pleased to extend a personal invitation to you and your spouse/guest to participate in the first annual eONE Global Beyond Payments Conference, April 23-25, 2002. Held at the renowned Meadowood Resort in Napa, California, this conference will address the issues, challenges and opportunities facing the payment technology marketplace.

We are inviting approximately 50 CEOs and other top decision makers in the payment and e-commerce industry to share their vision and generate stimulating, insightful and meaningful conversations regarding payment innovation. Our intention is to discuss reality-based solutions that will impact your business results, now and in the future.

Many of the industry's best from both the public and private sectors have been invited to further this industry dialogue. We have confirmed several influential speakers, including: Thomas Geitner, Chief Executive, Group Products and Services of Vodafone, Plc; Chuck Phillips, Managing Director for Morgan Stanley; Mozelle W. Thompson, Commissioner for the Federal Trade Commission; Steve Kolodney, American Management Systems and former CIO of Washington State; Avivah Litan, Vice President and Director of Research for Payment Services for Gartner Group; Mark Greene, General Manager, IBM Global Banking Industry; Janet Crane, CEO of Billpoint and Vice-President of eBay; Glover Ferguson, Chief Scientist for Accenture; Cathilea Robinett, Executive Director, Center for Digital Government; and The Honorable Donald W. Upson, former Secretary of Technology, Commonwealth of Virginia as well as other government officials and private sector CEOs.

Of course, we also will enjoy terrific dinners together, taste Napa Valley's finest wines, and spend an evening at the 60-acre Staglin Family Vineyard. Chef Michael Chiarello, founder of Tra Vigne restaurant in Napa and host of his own television program, Napa Style, will serve dinner in our 22,000-square-foot underground winemaking and storage caves.

The eONE Global Beyond Payments Conference promises to be a worthwhile event and we are looking forward to your participation. All events, sessions and meals are complimentary. Only travel, lodging and incidental expenses are your responsibility. If you plan to bring a spouse/guest, they are invited to all the evening functions as well as some planned daytime activities.
