The Worldwide Technical Symposium and Partner Tech Engage 2010 rooming policy will NOT require attendees to share rooms. Individuals (i.e. husband/wife; siblings; etc.) who choose to share rooms may do so. Hotel rooms will be located at the MGM Grand and reservations will be secured via the WTS+PTE 2010 online registration process. Any reservations made outside of this process or the approved hotel property will not be reimbursed.
Your room will be guaranteed to the Symantec Master for your arrival. If you do not show, and did not cancel your reservation, your group cost-center will be charged back for the one night room & tax and your manager will be notified. Please be prepared to provide your corporate credit card at the time of check-in to cover your room, tax, and incidentals. You may expense these items upon return (within Symantec expense reporting policy). If you need to make other billing arrangements for your sleeping room, please email WTS_PTE@symantec.com.
The room rate at the MGM is $119 per night (plus tax). All attendees will be responsible for payment at the time of check-in for their hotel stay. The hotel room night costs are reimbursable to your cost center. If you are extending your stay for personal reasons, the group rate of $119.00 per night (plus tax) will be extended to each attendee based upon availability. If your arrival or departure dates should change for any reason (i.e., travel changes, additional meetings you will need to attend, etc.), you must return to the registration website and make the necessary changes to your hotel registration information or send an email to WTS_PTE@symantec.com. If you do not do so, your initial hotel reservation request will not be changed and you cannot be guaranteed a room if you arrive onsite with the incorrect arrival and departure dates.
