GUEST INFORMATION

Guests and children of Convention attendees are welcome; however, their personal expenses are your responsibility.  If your guests or children wish to attend any of the events, you must register them for the convention even if they are staying at a different hotel.  For registration, we will ask for your guest’s name, date of birth and age. 

Convention attendees, spouses and registered guests will have name badges in your registration packet.  Name badges must be worn to all Modern Woodmen events.

NATIONAL CONVENTION EVENTS

NATIONAL CONVENTION MEETING SESSIONS
Monday, June 28, 2010          9:30am – 5:00pm
Tuesday, June 29, 2010         9:30am – 12:00pm
Wednesday, June 30, 2010    9:30am – 12:00pm
Spouses and guests may attend the National Conventions meeting sessions.  They should sit in designated areas.  If children attend, please understand these are business sessions and their conduct must be appropriate.  It is not necessary to pre-register to attend meeting sessions.
Note:  The Honor Flight recognition will be the first thing on Tuesday morning.

NATIONAL CONVENTION BANQUET – SMITHSONIAN AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM
Monday, June 28, 2010         6:15pm – 10:00pm
All attendees, spouses, guests and children who register for the Convention may attend this event. All attendees must wear their name badge to board the motor coach and during the event. There is no cost to attend.  In the registration process, please indicate if your guests and children will attend.

MOTOR COACH SHUTTLE SERVICE TO NATIONAL MALL
Tuesday, June 29, 2010        12:15pm – 6:15pm
All attendees, spouses, guests and children who register for the National Convention, and have a name badge, may use the shuttle service.  There is no charge for this service.  Please show name badges to board the motor coach.  It is not necessary to pre-register to board the shuttle.
