- When you have completed this section, an activation email will be sent to your email address. You must click the link in the email to activate your login.
- Your username is the same as your e-mail address.
- You select your own password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long, and must contain at least 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter and 1 number.
- You must use both your username and password to access the “Client Login” page, where you can set up an event and/or access your data.
- To immediately start using EC's Standard or Deluxe Packages, simply login and begin the set-up process.
- As part of the Custom Package, EC will set up your registration pages for you. You still must use your username and password to access data and manage your event.

Want to change your password?
Go to the “Client Login Event Manager” page and click “Change Password”. For security reasons, you must use your current password and the same e-mail address (username) that you originally used to sign up. (See above if you have forgotten or lost your password.)
